Information for
Copyrighted Material
As the sole
copyright owner of
all company
materials, PGH Media
reserves the right
to approve or deny
any request for
licensing at any
time, for any reason
and is not required
by law to provide
any form of
justification for
the decision.
Below, you will find
a description of our
4-Level Licensing
System. Each
level represents the
cumulative rights
that are available
to the Licensee upon
execution of the
agreement:
Level # 1 License:
$100.00 Processing
Fee
This level permits
the Licensee to:
Reproduce/Print/Distribute
the Material
Level # 2 License:
$150.00 Processing
Fee
This level permits
the Licensee to:
Reproduce/Print/Distribute
the Material
Upload/Post/Display
the Material on an
internet website
Level # 3 License:
$200.00 Processing
Fee
This level permits
the Licensee to:
Reproduce/Print/Distribute
the Material
Upload/Post/Display
the Material on an
internet website
Use the Material for
printed/internet
commercial
advertising
Level # 4 License:
$250.00 Processing
Fee
This level permits
the Licensee to:
Reproduce/Print/Distribute
the Material
Upload/Post/Display
the Material on an
internet website
Use the Material for
printed/internet
commercial
advertising
Incorporate the
Material into a
product that was
created by Licensee
In the event that a
purpose for
licensing is not
listed above, we
have added a space
for special
circumstances under
Section 1 of our
agreement labeled
"Additional Details"
that will allow us
to properly document
a purpose that is
outside of the
normal realm.
License can be
Permanent or
Temporary, depending
on the Material.
Licensor shall
remain the sole
owner of the
copyright in the
Material. Licensee
shall enjoy only the
rights that are
clearly set forth
above, and nothing
shall entitle
Licensee to make any
claim to ownership
of the copyright in
the Material.
Licensee may not
make any other use
of the Material
other than those
stated above without
a written request
that is approved in
writing from the
Licensor.
Copyright Notice
If any materials
authored by PGH
Media are used
without a written
agreement or used
beyond the scope of
an active written
agreement, the
responsible party
will be billed a
$500.00 "Settlement
Fee" which must be
paid within ten (10)
business days or it
will be increased to
$2500.00 and PGH
Media will file suit
in the amount of
$5000.00 to cover
the "Settlement Fee"
and all legal fees.
